Website Design (coded) required for property search website.

Thepropertybug.ie are an Irish based property search website. While our company Character is cartoon like, we wish to portray a very professional and slick image. Design should be modern, professional and clean. We want users of our site to be able to search for property easily and the site to be user friendly. Copy of company logo posted on this competition to be used in all submissions.

The following page types are required.

1) Home Page
2) Listing of Properties
3) Single Property view
4) Article Page
5) Listing of Agents
6) Single agent view

Note:
1) All pages must contain the a banner advertisment at top.
2) On listing pages we need the need room for a Skyscraper banner on the right hand side.
3) Space for 3 featured property adverts on the top of each property listings page. Can be included in main property listing or can be independent, we are open to suggestions.

No back end scripting (php/asp/python/etc)is needed. You are welcome to use javascript/dhtml in the page design

Other minor requirments are needed on other pages. Just post a message with any other queries.
